Wives of Faith Christmas Blog Carnival: Day 4 - Nontangible Gift

Dear Santa,

For Christmas this year, I don't want anything store bought.  I have all the shoes and clothes I need for now.  I am good on jewelry, books, DVDs, and coffee mugs.  However, there are still some things I have on my list.  Please consider the following.

First, I have a dear, sweet friend named Jackie.  As you know she recently had an inter cranial hemorrhage.  For my gift, I ask that she is healed.  She means so much to so many people. All of us at Calvary Baptist Church miss her.  We would love to have her back with us this Christmas season. I thank God, each day that she is getting better.

The one thing I want more than anything in the world is to have my husband home.  The boys are missing their daddy. I am missing my love, my best friend.  So, if you could find room in your sleigh, I just ask that you find a seat for him and bring him home to us!  That isn't only on my list, but also on the boys' list.

Santa, I know that, like me,  you can't do anything on your own. So you might need help. When I need help, I lean on Jesus Christ.  Do you know Him?  He is amazing. He is life changing. He is so awesome and holy.  Santa, if you don't know Jesus. I would love to introduce you to Him.  Santa, I would love for all people to know Him.  Can you imagine what the world would be like if we were all in love with Jesus?  Oh, wow!

Santa, thank you for listening to my requests.

Merry Christmas!

  1. A few weeks ago my cousins, Connie and Raymond, were over here. They were saying that Jeff was being departed. I didn't think they had their info right because the last I had read on your blog he departure was cancelled. Now I see they were right. Let me know if there is anything we can do for you all. My # is in the phone book. Will be praying for you all.
